1. The service

Drive Obsidian Editor ("the extension") is a Chrome extension for editing Markdown files stored in your Google Drive. It is provided free of charge.

2. Conditions of use

Using the extension requires granting Drive access with a Google account. You may use it only with files you are authorized to access, and you must comply with applicable law and Google's terms of service.

3. Your data and your responsibility

Your notes and files stay in your Google Drive and remain yours. Because the extension can modify, create, and delete files, you are responsible for keeping your own backups of anything important.

4. Disclaimer

The extension is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose or data integrity. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for data loss, corruption, or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the extension.

5. Third-party services

The extension depends on the Google Drive API. Outages, policy changes, or permission changes on Google's side may limit or disable its functionality.

6. Changes and termination

The developer may change features or discontinue the extension without prior notice. You may stop using it at any time by removing it from Chrome.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
